Funeral Details of Rev. Fr. Abraham Moloparambil MCBS

The body of Rev. Fr. Abraham Moloparambil will be brought to MCBS Mother House, Kaduvakulam on 21-09-2020, Monday, at 08.00am.

The funeral service will begin at 02.15 pm followed by Second part and Holy Qurbana. His Beatitude Mar George Cardinal Alencherry, Major Archbishop of Syro Malabar Church, will officiate the funeral service.

  1. May his soul rest in eternal peace. I as a boy grew up holding his paternal hand. He was a loving father figure for all of our family. I accompanied him in house visits and evening walks in the 1970s. He cared for the poor and the needy of Kaduvakulam and Kolladu areas. We all have experienced his paternal care very much. If not for the epidemic, on the day of his funeral, Kaduvakulam would have been a sea of people, whom he had cared for.
    I miss him very much now. I feel sad that I cannot physically be there with him at his final event.
    Every Holy Mass we celebrated together, was for me an experience of paternal inspiration. He was father for many and will be remembered thus for ever. Father, I will miss you till we meet again in our eternal home. There we will be in eucharistic communion in aeternum. With filial love for ever!
