My Jesus, really present in the most Holy Sacrament of the altar, since I cannot now receive you under the Sacramental Veil, I beseech you, with a heart full of love and longing, to come spiritually into my soul through the immaculate heart of Your most Holy Mother, and abide with me forever.
Sweet Mother Mary, I offer you this Spiritual Communion to bind my

Water Fast Update
Feeling super hungry today but after day 3 it should be easy . Tired of drinking lemon and ginger infused water. My sense of smell is very sharp and I find it easier to concentrate. Meditation and watering my cacti still continues. Since its a Saturday I can mostly sit still and rest. Continuing with my hobbies and prayers.
