Eternal Father, source of all mercy and redemption, on this All Souls Day, we come before You filled with hope and compassion for all who have gone before us. We ask You to grant eternal rest to our beloved departed, our family members, friends, and all souls—both known and unknown—who now await the fullness of Your presence in Heaven.

Merciful Lord, You sent Your only Son Jesus to conquer death and open the gates of eternal life for all who believe. May Your infinite love embrace the souls in purgatory, cleansing them from every fault and imperfection, and drawing them ever closer to Your light and peace. Through the prayers and sacrifices of Your faithful, and the works of mercy we offer today, shower Your grace upon these souls and hasten their journey to the joy and glory of Heaven.

We remember with gratitude the blessings our loved ones brought into our lives, and we offer our sorrow, love, and prayers for their sake. May they now intercede for us, as we strive to follow Your will, seeking to live lives of holiness and charity. Comfort us in our grief, strengthen our hope in the promise of resurrection, and grant us the peace that only You can give.

As we commemorate All Souls Day, may we grow in the conviction of Your tender mercy and rejoice in the communion of saints, trusting that we will one day be reunited in Your holy Kingdom. Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May they rest in peace. Amen.
