Loving Father in Heaven,
You are the source of life, wisdom, and peace.
You entrusted to us this precious child, full of energy,
wonder, and liveliness. Though sometimes it is difficult
for us to guide him/her in patience and calm,
we know that every spark of life in him/her
is Your gift.

Holy Mother Mary, gentle and tender Mother,
wrap our child in your mantle of love.
Teach him/her to grow in obedience, peace, and purity.
When he/she is restless, calm his/her heart;
when he/she is stubborn, soften his/her spirit;
when he/she is full of mischief,
direct that energy toward goodness and joy.

St. Joseph, guardian and protector of the Holy Family,
we entrust our child to your fatherly care.
Guide him/her with your quiet strength and
bless us with patience and wisdom
to raise him/her according to God’s will.
Help our family to be filled with harmony,
understanding, and love.

Lord Jesus, You welcomed little children with open arms.
We place our child before You now.
Bless him/her with health of body,
peace of mind, and purity of heart.
Grant that one day he/she may grow to become
a blessing for others, a joy for the Church,
and a witness of Your love in the world.
