1 Peter 5:8 says” Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. What is it about all of us that when things become so difficult, we are ready to quit and throw in the towel? Why do we do it? If a person is too hard to love we quit, if a task or an examine is difficult we quit, if life itself becomes more than we can take we quiet. Could it be that we prefer the easy way in life? Yeah, maybe we do like things where it does not challenge us or cause us to look at things from a new perspective.
