All throughout my life I daily heard the bell.

It called us all to order in the morning

Me Cardio exercises served me well

On days when I heard it without warning.

One day they did give us an odd new decree.

The trustworthy bell was no longer to be.

Me life did then take an odd and ugly turn.

In what sad mournful Hell must I someday burn?
