Milan Loncar, 25, (bottom with his mother and sister) a recent graduate of Temple University, was walking his dachshund-chihuahua mix dog in Philadelphia on Wednesday at about 7pm when he was shot dead. His mother, Amy Lounsberry (together left with Milan’s sister Jelena Loncar) said ‘everything was coming together’ for ‘a beloved sweet boy just starting his life’.
