O Lord Jesus, You who labored with Your hands and understood the struggles of work, I come before You burdened by the pressures and tensions of my employment. The weight of responsibilities, the anxiety of shift schedules, and the conflicts at my workplace weigh heavily upon my heart and mind.

Grant me the strength to face each day with courage and dignity. Help me to find peace amid chaos, patience amid frustration, and wisdom to navigate difficult situations. Calm my anxious thoughts and ease the tension that grips my body and spirit. Guide me to approach my work not merely as a burden, but as a sacred calling where I can serve You and others with integrity.

Glorious St. Joseph, faithful worker and protector of laborers, I humbly seek your powerful intercession. You, who provided for the Holy Family through honest toil and patient labor, understand the challenges we face in our daily work. Intercede for me that I may find harmony between my professional duties and personal peace. Help me to bear my work pressures with grace, maintain healthy relationships with colleagues, and discover purpose in my labor.

Guide me toward solutions, grant me resilience, and protect me from burnout and despair.
