This stamp on Saint Thomas the Apostle was issued by the Department of Posts & Telegraphs, India on Dec 2, 1964.This was to commemorate the first visit of His Holiness Pope Paul VI to India for the XXXVIII International Eucharistic Congress convened at Bombay.
