At the meeting of the Superiors General held in Rome in December 2025, Rev. Fr Augustine Paikkattu, Superior General of the Missionary Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament (MCBS), took part in a special audience with Pope Leo XIV. A total of 153 Superiors General were present for this gathering.​

During the audience, the Holy Father graciously received each participant, offering them the opportunity to greet him personally. Every Superior General was also given the chance to pose for an official photograph with Pope Leo XIV as a lasting memento of this memorable encounter.
