O glorious St. Anthony of Padua,
faithful servant of God, powerful preacher of the Gospel, and beloved friend of Jesus,
I come before you with confidence, seeking your loving intercession.

You were filled with wisdom, humility, and charity,
and God worked many miracles through your prayers.
You comforted the afflicted, strengthened the weak, enlightened those who were confused, and brought many sinners back to the Lord.
Look kindly upon me and present my petitions before the throne of God.

Dear St. Anthony,
you know the burdens I carry and the needs of my heart.
I humbly ask you to intercede for me and obtain for me the grace I now seek
