Heavenly Father,

We thank and praise You for the gift of Mary, Our Lady of Perpetual Help, whose loving intercession has brought comfort, hope, and countless graces to Your people throughout the ages. Through her maternal care, You continually draw us closer to Your Son, Jesus Christ.

As we continue this novena, open our hearts to a deeper spirit of prayer and devotion. May our love for You grow stronger each day, and may our lives become a joyful offering of praise and service to Your holy name.

Dearest Mother of Perpetual Help,

Throughout the centuries, devotion to you has spread across the world through the faith and piety of countless believers who trusted in your maternal protection. Your sacred icon has become a source of comfort and inspiration for those seeking your help and guidance.

You have always led souls to Jesus, encouraging them to deepen their faith, strengthen their prayer life, and grow in holiness. Through your intercession, hearts have been converted, families restored, and many have discovered a renewed love for God.

In a world often distracted by material concerns and worldly pursuits, you invite us to turn our hearts toward what truly matters—our relationship with God. You remind us that authentic devotion is not merely external practice but a sincere love that transforms our hearts and draws us closer to Christ.

Prayer for the Gift of Piety

Mother of Perpetual Help,

Today we ask for the gift of piety—a loving reverence for God and a heartfelt desire to worship, honor, and serve Him faithfully.

Help us to grow in prayer and devotion. Teach us to seek God not only in times of need but also in moments of gratitude, joy, and daily living. Inspire us to approach the sacraments with greater faith, to cherish God’s Word, and to cultivate a spirit of humility and trust.

May our devotion never become routine or superficial, but may it always spring from a sincere love for God and a desire to do His will.
