Rev. Fr. Rijo Mechery, MSFS Passes Away

Dear friends,

Rev. Fr. Rijo Mechery, msfs (Nagpur Province) breathed his last just a while a ago in Holy Family Hospital, Delhi. He was under treatment for Covid-19. Hospital tried their level best save life but in the last minute he could not be revived from the cardiac arrest he suffered.

Nagpur Province has lost a very young & dynamic priest, who in the short span of his priestly ministry made a great difference in the lives of people he served & in the places of his appointment. Lately he was working as Vice Principal of St. Francis De Sales Sr. Sec. School, Janakpuri, Delhi. He also was a member of FTI, Aurangabad a few years ago.

Very hard to accept his departure. You are requested to pray for his family members that they may be strengthened by the Lord to accept the loss of their beloved.
