Miraculous Stone – Bl Devasahayam Pillai

Born in 1712 he was an official in the royal palace. For the faith he was tortured & shot in Aralvaimozhy (Kanyakumari). As he died a huge piece of stone rolled down the hill producing the sound of a church bell. Bl Devasahayam Pillai is the first lay person & martyr from India to be Beatified
