Covid 19 and Stress

Does covid19 and home quarantine had made u stressful..?? If we stay at home and take precautions no corona is going to attack us… But too much stress may affect ur mental health… Don’t allow the corona to affect ur physical and mental health…we don’t need any corona impact..!! We are born to fight.. no to fail..!!
Here are some tips to enhance ur mental health and stay positive
1. Watching news for a long time will really make u stressful so take breaks from watching, reading, or listening news.
2.Make time to talk with your child and accompany him/her in doing their favourite activities( colouring, Reading stories and playing with them)
3. Make a list of ur favourite movies and watch it with ur family
4. Cook something special and have fun
5. Have nutritious food
6. Do Yogas and meditation
7. Read ur favourite book, which u skip due to lack of time
8. In evening have tea and quality time with family( avoid phone for 30 mints)
9. Chat with long distance friend and share ur good memories..its will improve our relationship
10. Sleep well and be relaxed
11. Try craft and designing( YouTube can really help u)
So stay home and enjoy ur vacation…u will never get this time again…
If we take proper precaution…we will overcome…fear and stress wont help us..!!
