My Jesus, really present in the most Holy Sacrament of the altar, since I cannot now receive you under the Sacramental Veil, I beseech you, with a heart full of love and longing, to come spiritually into my soul through the immaculate heart of Your most Holy Mother, and abide with me forever.
Sweet Mother Mary, I offer you this Spiritual Communion to bind my

Update on Water Fast
Going well just super busy with my exams . Nearly done before the holidays and honestly I cannot wait to sleep and go back home. Not so tired. As we know all Hallows Eve is coming up soon. As far as weight loss i lost inches of my waist but I do not see movement in the scale. My tongue is white and obviously as part of oral hygiene I clean my tongue . Breath wise its a little off but I manage to brush often and chew gum in order to be presentable. I haven’t been for walking was super busy preparing for the exam in which I scored a perfect mark. I do my prayers and I need to attend confession , most likely on Saturday. I have not missed the day of novena just forgot to upload the prayer here. Sorry about that.
