PROCESS: It has got two – Upper and Lower part. The user has to co-ordinate these two parts simultaneously by using hands & legs to climb the coconut tree. The two parts are connected with each other by spring. The device is encircled to the coconut tree with wire rope, which is then tightened main body. The upper parts is where the user sits ensuring the safety belt wearing to the waist. The user when sits on the sit of upper part the steel rope is tightened and the device is fixed to the coconut tree stem because the weight of user.
The lower part is where the user places his foot in the space provided. When user stand on the fort of lower part it causes the steel rope to tighten. So in doing this user automatically lifts the upper part. When he sits on the upper part the device lock itself at new height. By this process the user can climb to the tree easily.
The descending the tree is exactly the reverse procedure. The device works on the body weight and the steel rope wire will get adjusted as per diameter of the tree by the force applied by the user towards gravity.
The weight of is approximately 9 Kgs. & takes weight of person up to 90 – 100 Kgs. The user can climb 10-15 minutes for normal size of coconut tree.
The specialty of device is that climbing person has to wear safety belt, without safety belt it is very difficult to operate the climber or to climb on coconut tree. The device has power & zinc coated. No maintenance (apply little grease or oil for moving part).
